SuprBad (operated by Yiolet, Sole Proprietorship) offers refunds only for defective or damaged items. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for size issues, preference changes, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Eligibility for Refund
A refund is approved ONLY if:
- The product arrives damaged, or
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- Time Window
You must raise the issue within 5 days of delivery. - Evidence Required
Please email hi@suprbad.com with:
- Order ID
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- Unboxing video (recommended but not mandatory)
- Non-Returnable Items
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Color differences due to screen/display variation
- Normal wear and tear
- Products without original packaging
- Resolution
If approved, you will receive either:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to your original payment method
