SuprBad (operated by Yiolet, Sole Proprietorship) offers refunds only for defective or damaged items. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for size issues, preference changes, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    A refund is approved ONLY if:
  • The product arrives damaged, or
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  1. Time Window
    You must raise the issue within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Evidence Required
    Please email hi@suprbad.com with:
  • Order ID
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Unboxing video (recommended but not mandatory)
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Color differences due to screen/display variation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products without original packaging
  1. Resolution
    If approved, you will receive either:
  • A replacement item, or
  • A refund to your original payment method
